Noosa River Palms is situated on Gympie Terrace and from the Terrace you can explore the river in a self-drive boat, take a guided journey by 4-wheel drive and riverboat through the Everglades, join thrill seekers on a high powered ocean ride or cast a fishing line from the tranquil river side.

And then there are the markets! Farmer`s markets, local markets and of course the world famous Eumundi Markets each Wednesday and Saturday. A visit to Noosa is not complete without the experience of the Eumundi Markets.

Noosa River Palms is a small Boutique Resort with only 10 apartments and we are directly opposite the pristine Noosa River. Our apartments are clean, bright and fully self contained. We have a lovely salt water heated pool and a family BBQ set in a relaxed atmosphere in a delightful garden setting. Our names are Jenny and Mike and we are so thrilled to be the Resident Managers at Noosa River Palms. We have such a special bond with the Noosa Region as it is a unique and special part of the world. Jenny is originally from Brisbane and Mike is from Melbourne where we both lived for many years, moving to Tin Can Bay in 2019 where we owned a motel leasehold. After selling there we realised our dream to live permanently in the Noosa area. We have travelled the world extensively and have many special memories of holidays that we treasure. We look forward to welcoming you to Noosa River Palms We are right opposite the pristine Noosa River by the Lions Park which hosts many special events such as outdoor movies, Christmas Carols by candlelight, outdoor concerts and free entertainment during the year. The Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club is a great place to meet with friends and experience a special ambience of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful outlook over the river with magnificent sunsets. There is a terrific children's playground&nbsp;for kids of all ages to enjoy just across the road.. Guests enjoy staying at Noosa River Palms as it has a relaxed atmosphere. We have a choice of one and two bedroom, balcony and garden apartments to choose from. For those with very small children who don't want to climb stairs, our garden apartments are perfect with their private courtyards. There is so much to see and do in Noosaville for families. There is the Lions Park across the road where families can picnic and there are free BBQ's available under shelter, great for family get togethers. The Noosa River is safe for swimming and you can hire a number of watercraft on the river.

Please read these conditions carefully.&nbsp;Each person that becomes a guest acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the guest. 1	Accommodation charges must be paid in full before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made2	Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt3	The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the body corporate property caused by any guest, The Guest will be charged for any repairs or excessive cleaning to the credit card that is on file or an invoice will be issued4	The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose5	No smoking in units or on balconies- Guest will be charged $250 to the credit card that is on file or an invoice will be issued to cover a deep clean if smoking occurs within the unit during your stay&nbsp;6	Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight7	No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex, except for Service animals8	Neither the body corporate, the manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which the guest may sustain while on the complex&nbsp;9	The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the manager must be complied with.&nbsp;The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning, all guests must comply10	There is no refund for early departure11	The manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions12	The manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment13	In the event of the guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 28 days’ notice is given in the high season and 14 days’ notice at other times14	The guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under these rules or otherwise.15	If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the apartment.&nbsp;The manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of guests’ property16&nbsp;&nbsp;Guests must only park in the designated areas
