Is there public transport nearby?

The bus stops just outside the resort on Gympie Terrace and the Noosa Ferry stop is only a short stroll away.

Is linen provided?

Yes all linen is provided in your apartment and will be changed on your 8th day if applicable. You will only need to bring your beach towel if you are planning on taking a swim.

Is the pool heated?

Yes usually all year round to between 28 and 30 degrees.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, each apartment comes with one undercover modestly sized car space.

Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes, 1 night during low season and 2 nights during high season.

How far away is the beach?

Noosa River with its lovely sandy shores is just across the road. Main Beach in Noosa Heads is 5 kms away by bus. ferry or car.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is any time after 2pm, if you are arriving after 5pm we will organise a self check-in. Check-out is no later than 10:00am.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes there are numerous restaurants along Gympie Terrace and in Thomas Street all within a short walking distance.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?

Yes WIFI is available in all apartments(limits may apply)

What amenities are supplied in the apartments?

The apartments are supplied with a starter pack to get you through the first night which consists of a toilet roll, tea/coffee/milk, a spare rubbish bag and a dishcloth. A small quantity of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing liquid, laundry liquid and surface cleaner are in the apartment for you to use during your stay.

Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, if required we will communicate the process to you prior to your arrival

Are there lifts in the resort?

No, our apartments are located on the ground and first floors. The apartments on the first floor are accessed via a shared stairwell.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are quite flexible, we are normally open Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm and Sat 9am - 12 midday. We are often available via phone and email outside of these hours.
